Shopwize offers the following Returns Policy:
If an item shows up damaged, please contact us so that we may have UPS pick the item up and return it to us.
Within 30 days of purchase, if an item you recieve is not what you expected, or to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue for you. We will either return your money upon recieving the item, or we can issue store credit. At Shopwize our goal is to serve you with 100% satisfaction, so please call with even the most minimal of concerns.
All free gifts issued with an order are subject to change frequently. The customer cannot choose thier gift, these gifts are hand picked items that are either overstock, discontinued, or one of a kind items. Regardless, the best part is, thier FREE!
